Résumé : Improving human health and providing affordable, high-quality health care is a major concern for all countries. This is not only a moral and social responsibility; it is also a necessary ingredient for the sustainable long-term development of our economy and society. Good health can improve people's well-being. However, it is challenging to consult with the doctor in case of any health issues either when you have some question, when you want to communicate with a doctor, do a pre-diagnostic or book an appointment. The proposed idea of this project is to create an AI healthcare chatbot that can: Firstly, have an entire conversation with the patient to keep him company and answer all his questions, whether related to healthcare subjects or questions about the bot's profile or a general chat like sport or books, Philo, etc. Secondly, help the patient to book an appointment with a doctor, and when the meeting is booked successfully, it will send an email to the doctor's email. Hence, he can be aware of the new appointment. Finally, to create an AI that can diagnose the user disease based on his symptoms, including: general disease, heart disease, diabetes disease, Breast Cancer, Cervical Cancer and provide basics details about the disease before consulting a doctor, if the diagnosis categorizes the disease as a significant disease, the chatbot will suggest to the user to book an appointment with the available doctor.
