Papers are presented on the experimental and theoretical aspects of relativistic astrophysics and general relativity. Particular attention is given to such topics as observations and interpretations of supernovae and pulsars, models of pulsar magnetospheres, evidence for the existence of gravitational radiation, the properties of black holes, naked singularities, and symmetries and exact solutions of Einstein's equations. Transducer systems for gravitational-wave antennas, data analysis algorithms for gravitational-wave antenna systems, and the detection of gravitational radiation from pulsars are also discussed.
