Résumé : The forecasts of machine system failures are a major challenge to ensure the reliability and dependability of production tools, particularly in sensitive sectors (military, aeronautics, aerospace and nuclear, etc.) The research work presented aims to model a set of failure scenarios from the experiments in the form of hidden Markov models.
