Résumé : In this work, we first treat the notion of fractional integrals and fractional derivation and a certain fractional system in the sense of Riemann-Liouville and Caputo .Then we treat the regional observability problem, the goal here being to reconstruct the initial state for a class of linear time-fractional systems, in a subregion ω of the evolution domain Ω, using an extension of the Hilbert uniqueness method (HUM) .
